By using SendMaxx, you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
Climb safely
Climbing is dangerous.You are responsible for your own safety. Don't climb on injured tendons or pulleys. Don't attempt moves beyond your ability without proper warmup, spotters, and pads. Recommendations from this app are suggestions, not medical or coaching advice. Stop climbing if you feel pain. Consult a doctor or qualified coach for serious injuries.
Account & access
One account per person. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pricing & refunds
Sessions Only is $5/month, billed via Stripe. Cycle products (4-week $29, 6-week $39) are one-time charges that unlock access for the cycle duration. Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you're unhappy — email us.
Liability
We are not liable for injuries, lost progress, or damages arising from use of the app. Maximum liability equals the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
